Florida manatee, Trichechus manatus latirostris, a subspecies of the West Indian manatee, endangered. A manatee surfaces for a breath and stretches its snout with mouth open revealing many bristle like hairs. Another manatee rests in the background. Vertical orientation with blue water and reflection. Three Sisters Springs, Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge, Kings Bay, Crystal River, Citrus County, Florida USA.
